Where does Soften & Scent ship?

Soften & Scent currently only ships within Australia and only to NSW, ACT, QLD and VIC. If you are a Soften & Scent lover living outside these states/territory or Australia, please let us know where you are, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs in future.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping charges are determined by region and state:

$5 – Central Coast region, NSW

$10 – Sydney and Newcastle regions, NSW

$20 – Rest of NSW and ACT

$25 – QLD and VIC

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

An order will usually take between 2- 8 business days. Upon despatch of your order, you will receive an email/text informing you that your order will arrive that day.

If you require your order before a certain date, you should contact us prior to placing your order so that we can advise you of an estimated time frame for delivery.

Why do I need to provide delivery instructions?

At checkout, we ask that you provide delivery instructions of a safe place where your parcel can be left.

If no delivery instructions are supplied, and a second delivery attempt is made, you will be charged a second delivery fee.

What should I do if I want to return a product?

First, you should consult our Refund Policy and Damaged Goods Policy (if relevant) to check if you are eligible to return goods. You can view these policies below.

Any problem or desire to return products should be reported to Soften & Scent within seven (7) days of receiving the order. We will attempt to resolve any situation to the satisfaction of our customers within the rules & policies of Soften & Scent.

Refund Policy

Soften & Scent guarantees that only the highest quality materials and machinery are used to manufacture our products. If for any reason a Soften & Scent product is found to be unsatisfactory, Soften & Scent will refund or credit the purchase price of the product to the purchaser on return of the product within 15 working days, provided that at least 75% of
the original product is returned, and that a copy of the order number is provided.

In the event that Soften & Scent deems a product to be faulty, we will communicate ways in which to have the product returned, if required.

Damaged Goods

If a product is received in a damaged condition, the purchaser should contact Soften & Scent via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Soften & Scent will investigate and process your claim and if successful may replace, refund or credit the purchaser. Replacement stock will not incur additional freight costs. Please allow up to 7 days for Soften & Scent to investigate and process your claim.

Replacement stock that is being sent to the purchaser cannot have paid items added to it to
avoid additional shipping costs. If an order is placed by the purchaser, they can request replacement stock to be sent with the order, but freight will be charged to the original order as normal. 

Missing Goods

If a product is missing from your order, the purchaser should contact Soften & Scent via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Product Availability

We cannot guarantee that a product listed as ‘In Stock’ will be in stock when your order is placed, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. Sometimes we experience greater demand for an item than expected, or an unforeseen delay in the arrival of stock, which may cause some delay in your order being despatched, or the item not being available at all.

Wherever possible, you will be notified of delays or unavailable items at the time your order has been received. We do not put items on ‘back order’, so the responsibility for ordering that item when it becomes available again is yours.

All prices and charges as listed on the Site are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Order Acceptance

Ordering

Sale prices are only available during the sale period specified by Soften & Scent (all sale times are Australian eastern standard time or eastern daylight-saving time). If you miss the sale for whatever reason, you will not be eligible to receive the sale prices.

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including, but not limited to, monthly specials, individual specials (unless otherwise specified), and accessories.

Orders placed during the sale cannot be added to or changed once they have been placed – Please choose your items carefully.

There are no refunds on Sale items.

Despatch

If Soften & Scent run out of stock during the sale time, your entire order will be held until stock is replenished.

Soften & Scent reserves the right to reject any order incorrectly placed.

Orders will be despatched in the order they are received.
